Harvested later in the season and roasted in clay pots, hojicha is a roasted green tea known for its earthy, toasty flavor and its delicious pairing with chocolate. The COBA Hojicha Latte Bar brings the two together, blending hojicha with creamy chocolate for a warm, mellow, and deeply roasted bite.

It’s one of our proudest iterations of COBA, and one we believe can introduce more people to hojicha while creating a new way to experience the flavors of the café.
