Do you offer any dairy free options?

How much caffeine is in a bar?

While we don’t provide an exact caffeine count, here’s a general range for each flavor: Chai Latte Bar: ~10–15 mg | Matcha and Hojicha Bars: ~30–35 mg | Espresso Bar: ~50–60 mg

What if the chocolate arrives melted?

If it melts, don't worry. It's just as good. Sip it straight from the pack like an energy gel.

How do subscriptions work?

When you order a subscription with COBA, you will receive an order confirmation email. In the email you will see a link to manage your subscription. You'll receive a recurring shipment of your order and enjoy 30% off every single order.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! You can customize your delivery schedule to every 2 weeks, every 2 months, or whatever frequency works best for you. Simply log into your customer account and adjust your upcoming deliveries before your next billing date.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, a minimum of 2 to 3 successful payments is required before cancellation becomes available.

How do I become a partner, retailer, or distributor for COBA? Do you sell in bulk?

How long will shipping take?

Shipping will take 3-5 business days. Since our product does melt, we typically ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (since the post office has limited deliveries on weekends). So orders on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday of next week.

Because USPS has raised shipping rates, we are now passing on the cost of shipping to customers for orders below $50. It's difficult to survive as a small business and we really appreciate your understanding!

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

There are white streaks on my COBA Black. Is it still safe to eat?

They're totally safe to eat! The white-ish streaks are very common, and they are the result of something called fat bloom. This occurs when the product is exposed to warm temperatures, causing the fat to melt and re-solidifying on the surface. To try to prevent this from happening, we ship every order with an ice pack so our bars arrive to you in perfect condition!

Does COBA contain common allergens?

COBA is made in a facility that may also process wheat, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Because ingredients vary by flavor, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing if you have food allergies or dietary concerns.
